The answers might not align perfectly with your expectations, and that’s absolutely fine! This is what reflections are all about – recognizing your wins and celebrating them, while also acknowledging areas for improvement and reassessing.

Your fitness journey is as unique as you are, and it’s all about progress, not perfection. Here’s a gentle nudge to acknowledge the fantastic work you’ve put in so far!
