Incorporate weightlifting into your routine, even if it’s just for 10-20 minutes. Strength training helps build muscle, boost metabolism, and improve overall fitness.

2. Get Tons of Steps & Sit Less

Aim to walk more throughout the day. Whether it’s a short 10-minute walk in the morning, a 30-minute walk at lunch, or a 5-minute walk after dinner, every step counts.

3. Build Meals Around Protein
